       Shandong Qifeng Herun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. Its predecessor was Zibo Ruibao Chemical Co., Ltd., which was established in 2004. It is located in Wenshang Chemical Park, Jining City, Shandong Province, covering an area of ​​67,932 square meters. It is a production-oriented foreign trade enterprise. The company currently has many best-selling products such as calcium formate, sodium formate, potassium formate, liquid sodium formate, formic acid mixture, sodium formate snow melting agent, etc. Among them, the annual output of calcium formate is 100,000 tons, the annual sales of sodium formate is 30,000 tons, and the annual output of sodium formate snow melting agent is 20,000 tons. The production and sales volume are both among the best in the country. It is one of the earliest companies in China to obtain a calcium formate feed additive production license. The company has the right to import and export on its own, and was approved as a national high-tech enterprise in 2024. At the same time, according to EU legislation No. 1907/2006, products such as calcium formate, sodium formate, potassium formate and calcium chloride are passed the EU REACH certification, US AMS1431E certification for airport deicing agents, ISO22000:2018 food safety management system certification, FAMI-QS EU feed safety and quality management system certification, and GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, among other relevant qualifications. The company's products are now widely used in the building materials, feed, pharmaceutical, leather, wig manufacturing, plywood, fine chemicals and other industries. In September 2001, Zibo Zhangdian Ruibao Chemical Factory was officially established. Since its establishment, the company had established the business philosophy of "driving development through technological innovation", focusing on the research and development, production, and sales of fine chemical products. It has gradually established a sound quality management system and a professional R&D team, laying a solid foundation for its subsequent leapfrog development.

In November 2004, the company completed its restructuring and was renamed Zibo Ruibao Chemical Co., Ltd., beginning to vigorously expand its international  business. In February 2019, in order to actively respond to national environmental policies and industrial upgrading requirements, the company launched a plan to withdraw from the city and enter the park, gradually reducing the production capacity of the Zibo factory area and promoting the transformation of the enterprise towards greening and intensification.

In April 2019, the company implemented a strategic upgrade and established Shandong Qifeng Herun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. with the mission of "building the world's top supplier of formate products". It focuses on the research and development and production of core products such as calcium formate, sodium formate, environmentally friendly snow melting agents, and high-purity by-product salts, providing deep services in multiple fields such as building materials, agricultural feed, industrial manufacturing, and environmental energy.

In October 2020, in order to optimize the industrial layout, the company purchased 70000 square meters of industrial land in Yinsi Town Chemical Industry Park, Wenshang County, Jining City, and planned to build a modern and automated new factory to enhance production capacity and market competitiveness.

In October 2023, the first phase of the Jining new factory project was officially put into operation, achieving a core production capacity of 50000 tons of calcium formate and 20000 tons of sodium formate snow melting agent per year. The new factory  adopts modern production technology to achieve green manufacturing and intelligent upgrading, marking a significant breakthrough in technological innovation and industrial layout for the company, further strengthening its industry-leading advantages.
